#pokemon #pokemonscarlet #pokemonviolet Happy Thanksgiving, sorry for the wait. Gold/Silver/Crystal: https://youtu.be/fnG01Qn6PkY HeartGold/SoulSilver: https://youtu.be/yXceXevPfA0 and don't worry, frlg will be here soon :) With all that out of the way, Pokémon Red and Blue- 1998, Gameboy, the introduction to the world of Pokemon, and down the road, got a nice reintroduction on 3DS' virtual console with support for transferring Pokemon into the modern games. Red and Blue are a bit odd- they're a look into the childhood of their director more than anything- Satoshi Tajiri has said things along the lines of this game's world, Kanto, being based on places he could bike as a kid, tied into his love of bug catching, in obvious ways. The development of the games was never easy, they went through a ton of iterations before landing on what they became, although many of these revisions are long lost to time, but in the end, they had a weird magnetic resonance, combined with an aggressive campaign of advertisements via cards, toys, the anime, and began Pokémania- the peak of the series popularity wise, and the beginning of this messy, messy franchise. ==Pokémon Red and Blue== Pokémon Red and Blue Intro - (0:00:00) Intro (And Foreword) - (0:00:40) Gameplay - (0:02:52) Glitches - (0:12:10) Version Differences - (0:15:24) Visuals, Audio, and Worldbuilding - (0:17:56) Pallet Town, Starters and Moveset Issues, + Blue - (0:22:03) Route 1 - (0:26:59) Viridian City + Route 22 - (0:28:17) Route 2 - (0:30:34) Viridian Forest (+ The Impact of Bugs) - (0:31:35) Pewter City + Boulder Badge - (0:32:36) Route 3 - (0:35:05) Route 4 Front - Magikarp - (0:35:57) Mt.
