Our main stories tonight: 1. Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk has warned that the Polish government will not implement the European Union’s migration pact if it requires Poland to accept migrants relocated from other member states. Speaking on Friday, Tusk declared: “Poland will not implement any migration pact or any provision of such projects that would lead to Poland’s forced acceptance of migrants. This is definitive.” 2. Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania will disconnect from the Russian and Belarusian electricity grid this weekend in a move of such significance that it has been dubbed “independence day” by some. The culmination of an almost 20-year process, the decoupling will see the three Baltic states finally achieve power supply autonomy from Moscow through their integration into the Continental Europe Synchronous Area, a grid that supplies energy to over 400 million people in 24 countries. 3. U.S. President Donald Trump said he was all-in on shutting down the U.S. Agency for International Development. “CLOSE IT DOWN!” Trump wrote in a social media post. He accused the agency of spending money fraudulently and said that there was nothing “the radical left” can do about it. 🔴 Watch our 24/7 livestream - https://youtube.com/live/bJUJyPN6YTM?feature=share Bringing you all the latest daily news and updates, TVP World is Poland's first English-language channel where you can find world news as seen from the Polish perspective and the latest news from the CEE region.
