A yacht is transported under police escort through Norfolk and Suffolk, UK. Traffic is stopped and moved over for the wide load.
Abbey Transport hauled the vessel from Oyster Yachts in Hoveton to Fox's Marina in Ipswich. A Scania R730 transported the boat on a Nooteboom low loader trailer with a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter piloting. The dimensions were 5.1M wide, 5.15M in height, and 18.5M total length for both vehicle, trailer, and load at 44 tonnes total.
Norfolk and Suffolk Roads and Armed Policing Team escorted the abnormal load using a BMW R1200, Volvo V90, and XC90 traffic vehicles.
