Video Not Working? Fix It Now

This video provides a conceptual and practical overview of polynomial regression using SPSS. I begin with a demonstration using simple linear regression where the assumed functional form between the independent and dependent variable is linear. Next, I demonstrate an approach to graphing data to better visualize non-linearity in your data. I then demonstrate how to use hierarchical regression in order to select the best fitting (and hopefully most parsimonious) model. Finally, I demonstrate an alternate approach using the Curve Estimation function in SPSS.
