POOR PEUGEOT - ABANDONED, NO BRAKES, ABS, POWER STEERING, CAN I FIX IT?

This Peugeot currently has no brakes, no power steering, and no ABS Can I fix the faults and try to get the car moving again.
In this series, we will try and get this abandoned 15-year-old Peugeot 207 cc 1.6 diesel back on the road. It's been left to rot in a garage for the past 4 years And then left outside for another 11 months. The owner wants me to fix all the faults and hopefully sell it for a little profit. It's been left to me to get this abandoned Peugeot 207 cc back on the road. This is a totally different project from what I'm used to but I think it's going to be fun.
