Pop goes the steering clutch, disassembly goes correctly! 1939 Caterpillar D4 4G9986 Episode #21

Lil Lefty finally gets the left steering clutch removed! New parts arrive and I spend the day and make a press to remove the pressed-on clutch pack. It took a 1" thick steel plate 2 grade 8 5/8" bolts and a 20-ton porta power to get the job done. Making progress on the 1939 Cat D4 agricultural crawler 4G9986 has never been so much fun and fulfilling.
