1 tablepoon Light soy sauce 1汤匙 酱清
Ingredients 配料 :
1 Chinese Sausage, sliced 1条 腊肠, 烫熟 切片
3 Egg, diced 3粒 鸡蛋, 煮熟 切粒
8 Prawns, sliced 8只 虾, 煮熟 切片
150g Bean Sprouts, blanched 150克 豆芽, 烫熟
3 tablespoon Peanut 3汤匙 花生碎
Lettuce 生菜
Popiah Skin 薄饼皮
Sweet Sauce 甜酱
Garlic, minced 蒜蓉
Chilli Sauce 辣椒酱
Crispy Bits 脆片 :
30g Plain Flour 30克 面粉
30g Corn Flour 30克 玉米粉
1 Egg 1粒 鸡蛋
1 Tablespoon Oil 1汤匙 油
40ml Water 40毫升 水
