● Sugar — 150 g
● Milk — 100 ml
● Peel of 1 lemon (!)
◉ Dough:
● Milk — 250 ml
● Flour — 500 g
● Instant dry east — 7 g
● Sugar — 2 tbsp
● Salt — 1 tsp
● Eggs — 2+1 (for lubrication)
● Butter — 75 g
