BAFAT MASALA POWDER
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
3 tablespoon coriander seeds
3 cinnamon sticks
10 cloves
1 star anise small
10 fenugreek seeds
1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
10 peppercorns
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder is added to the meat
10 kashmiri chillies
IF USING 3 TYPES OF CHILLIES
short chillies - Boriya chilli or gol mirchi (round in shape) extremely spicy in taste
byadagi chillies
kashmiri chillies
you can adjust the chilli quantity as per your taste for more or less spicy
Dry roast all of the above spices in a pan on medium heat , allow to cool , and grind to a fine powder
Store in an air tight container for further use
