Pork Giniling or Pork menudillo is a tasty Filipino comfort food made with ground pork, tomato sauce, potatoes, carrots, bell peppers, raisin and green peas. This recipe is super easy to follow. Pork Giniling is best serve with rice or as a bread filling.
Ingredients:
400gms ground pork
1pk Del monte tomato sauce 115g
1pc potato, diced
1pc carrots, diced
50gms bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup green peas
2Tbsp Rains
3tbsp soy sauce
2tsp knorr seasoning
1Tbsp white sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking oil for sauteing
3/4 cup water
Yield: 6-8 servings
