bacon strips
sausage or hotdog

red and green bell pepper
hard boiled eggs
carrot,pickles
1cup flour for dredging
to saute add
1/4 cup cooking oil,
1/2 bar butter,
1 head crushed garlic,
2 medium size minced onions,
2 Tbsp tomato paste,
1/4 cup soy sauce,
500ml pineapple juice,
1/4 cup calamansi juice,
3pcs bay leaves,
oregano,
1 tsp sugar,
salt to taste
