An air fryer is a convenient and versatile counter top appliance that works like a mini convection oven. In this video I marinate some spareribs and then slow-roast them in the air fryer. After two hours the meat came out moist and tender, practically falling off the bone. The flavor was delicious. I could probably pass these off as "grilled" and likely only a grill master would know the difference. And, this being summer, I didn't need to use my oven, heating up my kitchen, nor did I need to fire up the barbecue grill. I really enjoy using my air fryer.
