Post Baby Workout For Arm Toning on Rebounder Bellicon (BLAST ARM FAT FAST).
This is an ideal post baby workout to do whilst your baby naps with specific postnatal exercises to strengthen your arms for lifting your baby and toning your arms to make them look lean, sculpted and conditioned.
This workout after pregnancy is different as we use the Bellicon rebounder, a great piece of home exercise equipment. It’s ideal for anyone but has unique benefits to women who are postpartum and particular postnatal exercise designed to address the changes that happen to their body during pregnancy and birth and the physical new demands on the body in motherhood; the lifting, carrying, rocking and caring for your baby.
Due to the soft spring mat of the rebounder, exercising on this surface means your body automatically uses your abdominal, back, waist and pelvic muscles to maintain your balance. This means you are engaging the deeper muscles of your core, required to stabilise your spine and body. When you train a muscle, with good technique and consistency, you strengthen the muscle. With my postnatal exercise method and my instruction, my focus is always on helping mothers strengthen their core for daily activities plus aesthetically helping them improve the appearance of their ‘mommy tummy’ after pregnancy. By combining arm exercises on the Bellicon you not only have a great arm workout post pregnancy you are strengthening your core postpartum and toning and flattening the tummy muscles.
Plus a rebounder workout is fun and will help lift your mood and encourage a release of endorphins, the happy hormones for a post pregnancy workout that’s safe, effective and happiness inducing.
This is a suitable workout after c section and if you have mild diastasis recti.
