You don't need the recipe for making Pour Over coffee. To make a perfect cup of coffee - you can simply use a method / framework instead. Hybrid Flow is simply 3 stages which are used for any coffee dose. 1. Bloom 2. Pulses 3. Spiral Easy to memorize, isn't it? What makes it great - you can be sure that the coffee will be drinkable. Because it will be balanced. Nor bitter nor sour. Just the intensity will be different with the different grind size. You see that I don't talking about grams. Because this method is based on time (but it is also flexible / organic. A reference point for the convenience and stability). Pulses always start at 30 seconds but you can keep doing them not only till 1:30, but longer if you feel that coffee needs more extraction. And then you switch to the spiral and washing out the flavor that you've extracted. Water temperature 90°C. Ratio - 1:16. The grind size - adjust to your taste preference. Make coffee intense enough so that the aftertaste is long and pleasant. Starting point - smaller than sugar to the touch.
