Poutine! The Quebec classic of fries, cheese curds and gravy can now be found around the world, but it is still best enjoyed in its home province. In Montreal, poutine has become one of the food symbols of the city, and there are hundreds of restaurants that make their own - but the debate over who actually makes the best has led to some passionate arguments from loyal supporters of varying eateries.
