Power Apps - How to create a Work Request app for your team

Create a work request app for your team, that captures input from people and then emails the collected data to an email address. The tutorial will run through how to put setup your form to capture data using text boxes, drop down lists, formatting, collections, patching to SharePoint and emailing the data formatted in HTML to an email address.
