Practicing Composition and Creating Layers In Your Mixed Media Art #mixedmediaart #collage #paintedpapers Today, I'm going to introduce you to a different way of creating layers in your mixed media art, and we're going to do it by multitasking - yep, I said it. We're going to accomplish several important things in a super-short period of time. In this video, I'm going to prepare 3 panels for an upcoming series. I have a ton of papers that need to be used, including some of the translucent papers I created in last week's video. I intend to create a deeply layered and textured background for each panel and sneak in some composition practice while I'm at it. Listen you can't do this wrong whether you're a beginner at mixed media art or accomplished. This method of practicing composition is fun and very very useful.
