It’s been two years since the announcement of Gods and Monsters - the first chapter in the DCU and recently we got a pretty big update. We now know that James Gunn’s plan is for things to culminate in an Avengers: Endgame style event after 6 years. Furthermore, we also got updates for many projects hinting towards how far off each one is, one possibly DCU newly announced project, the possible DCU canonicity of another and hints towards other unannounced projects. Using all this knowledge and with the mostly filled out next two years as a basis, including what we already saw in Creature Commandos, I’ll be doing my best to predict what the DCU will look like, assuming that Chapter 1 will end in 2031 with that aforementioned Endgame style event.
