Preserving Food Everyday For A Week! Canning, Freeze Drying, Freezing, & Dehydrating Harvests!

Hey guys! Welcome back to another video! Today I wanted to share my week of preserving all different kinds of food! Mostly grown in my backyard but I also had some help from a friend who has a farm. I snagged some extra eggs from her I was able to freeze dry, and some chicken I used for some broth making! I wanted to challenge myself to preserve something everyday (to some degree) for a week. Ive never attempted to put something back every single day. Typically if I preserve its a few days in the week and that's starts to wear me out. As my garden continues to grow ( and as im able to get more land 🤞🏻) Ill be preserving even more food this time of year so its time to start practicing what that will feel like!
