Here is a video on replacing Press Fit Bottom brackets. The BB in this video is a BB92, but the process works the same for BB86 as well as other press fit standards.
The key to successfully performing this service is to use the right tools. You can either buy the tools, which can get pricy, or make the tools, which will cost significantly less and will do the job just the same.
