Video Not Working? Fix It Now

Do you want to create simple line drawings for mosaics, but don't know how to start? Interested in copying ancient Roman mosaic designs? Then Procreate is the perfect solution.

In this video I will show you how to use the Procreate app on the iPad to copy a photo which you can then use as a design for your mosaics.

Digital designing simplifies the process of copying an existing design but sometimes it seems overwhelming to learn how to use the software.

Procreate has so many functions it can be difficult to find the ones that you need for your project.

In Part I of a two-part series, I talk you through the steps you need to copy an ancient mosaic design, starting with sizing the mosaic and creating a frame and importing the photo.

In Part 2 you learn how to manipulate the drawing and make changes that suit your design preferences. Watch here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_I0lZFrEuu8

Please be aware that photos are covered by copyright regulations and it is strictly forbidden to copy the work of living artists.
