I've been wanting to cover this #ProfessorLayton tune for over a decade, and I could think of no better time to do so than after hitting 1,000 subs on YouTube. To celebrate, I went all out on both the arrangement and the video, making this one of my most complex projects to date.
This channel started off in 2010 as a place to share my original compositions, which then shifted to playing solo accordion pieces to help push me to practice and improve. Since then I've leaned hard into VGM covers, creating more complex instrumentation, arrangements, and videos to keep these projects interesting for both viewers to experience and for myself to create.
It's been quite a journey, so thank you so much to everyone who has subscribed to my channel along the way, and to everyone who has enjoyed watching my videos regardless of likes and subs.
I also want to thank the Pixel Mixers VGM community for being a huge catalyst in reviving and morphing my channel into what it is today - their albums and monthly contests have pushed me to continue improving my production skills, as well as think outside the box to create more unique VGM-related content.

Additionally, this is the first video that features my new Titano accordion, which has a drier musette sound than my other accordions that I think lends itself well to this iconic accordion-heavy VGM theme.
