ABOUT PROGRESSIVE SUSPENSION 944 ULTRA TOURING SHOCKS
The Progressive 944 Ultra Touring Shocks are hand-adjustable for changing loads and road conditions. They come with either a standard rate spring or a heavy-duty spring. The 944 Ultra Touring Shocks are designed to provide the suspension travel of 13" shocks while seating you at 1" lower than with regular 13" stock shocks, or at 2" lower for the 944 Ultra Low shocks. The 944-series utilizes unique Frequency Sensing Technology (FST). This enables the shocks to calculate the frequency of a bump and automatically adjust damping, for a much more comfortable riding experience that smooths out bumps, does great in the curves and doesn't bottom out. Additionally, you can use your hand to adjust the spring pre-load without the need for special tools.
