Workout plan:
BALL HANDLING WARM-UP – BOTH HANDS
- Dribble sequence (pound dribble , cross over, between the legs
2 pass to targets) short corner 2, corner 2 and wing 2.
SHOOTING BREAK
- 6 spot middy (2 makes)
- 5 spot swish (from 3)
FINISHING WARM-UP
- INITIATE WITH CATCH & SHOOT 3 à GO-N-CATCH
▪ BL GO-N-CATCH (BOTH SIDES) à SPIN MOVE FINISH (3)
▪ WING GO-N-CATCH (BOTH SIDES) à EURO MOVE FINISH (3)
SHOOTING BREAK
- 5 spot - one swish shot each
WIDE PIN DOWN
- Curl one dribble pull-ups & corner pop outs 2 makes of each
SHOOTING BREAK
- 5 spot - one swish shot each / 5 spot one fly bye each
TRANSITION
- Transition shooting from 3
- Catch and shoot from 3
SHOOTING BREAK
- 5 spot - one swish shot each / 5 spot one fly bye each
ELBOW SEPARATION DRILL
- DHO catch and shoot make 2 both sides
- DHO one dribble shoot make 2 of each both sides
- Transition 2 pull-ups (top of key)
- Catch & shoot 2 (top of key)
SHOOTING BREAK
- 5 spot - one swish shot each / 5 spot one fly-bye each
45 second drill (5 in a row)
