Can you root rose shrubs for the garden from the stems of florist bouquets? This is a question I often hear after holidays like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. Yes, it's possible - as shown in this video, and for those who enjoy plant propagation, why not give it a shot? There are some caveats about the resulting roses: florists roses are bred and selected for greenhouse cut flower production, and they're not necessarily going to perform well in home garden conditions.
