Maximum race performance and uncompromising speed – this remains the credo for the purebred downhill bike, the PROPAIN RAGE. Based on the previous model, Propain has worked closely with their athletes to refine and enhance a race bike to its fullest potential. Using their feedback, they‘ve made the proven geometry of the RAGE even more powerful and reliable. The focus of the redesign was on minimizing noise and optimizing the carbon layup. The update also offers three fresh new colors, including
an exclusive World Cup Replica Edition, limited to only 40 pieces. As always, Propain offer the option to choose from a wide range of quality components, which has
been expanded to include some exciting new additions for the RAGE.
Concept and Geometry
Like the previous version, the updated RAGE retains its typical race DNA: The geometry is fully designed for speed and stability, delivering maximum control in high-speed sections and technically demanding, rough terrain. With a flip chip and adjustable dropouts, the setup can be flexibly adapted to personal preferences. Thanks to the optimized carbon layup in highly stressed areas, the RAGE is now even more powerful and offers even greater confidence.
Pro10 Suspension System
Propain is 100% convinced that the PRO10 system remains the most powerful frame concept on the market. It is based on four pivot points and a floating shock, controlled by two counter-rotating links. The 215 mm PRO10 rear suspension of the updated RAGE, combined with its perfectly tuned shock, delivrs sensitive responsiveness and high
progression. On the track, this translates to massive grip and maximum stability
Size and Wheel Concept
The RAGE 3 R CF is available in both a mixed wheel setup and a pure 29” configuration. Thanks to the flip chip on the upper link of the PRO10 frame, both wheel configurations can be used on the same frame.

Der Schwerpunkt Fokus der Überarbeitung lag auf der Minimierung von Geräuschen und der Optimierung
des Carbon-Layouts. Das Update bietet außerdem drei frische neue Farben, darunter
eine exklusive World Cup Replica Edition, limitiert auf nur 40 Stück. Wie immer bieten wir die Möglichkeit, aus einer breiten Palette von Qualitätskomponenten zu wählen, die
wurde um einige aufregende neue Komponenten für das RAGE erweitert.

Wie die Vorgängerversion behält auch das aktualisierte RAGE seine typische Renn-DNA: Die Geometrie ist vollständig auf Geschwindigkeit und Stabilität ausgelegt und bietet maximale Kontrolle in Highspeed-Sektionen und technisch anspruchsvollem, rauem
Terrain. Mit einem Flip-Chip und verstellbaren Ausfallenden lässt sich das Setup flexibel an die persönlichen Vorlieben anpassen.
Pro10-Federsystem
Der Hersteller ist zu 100% davon überzeugt, dass das PRO10 System nach wie vor
das leistungsfähigste Rahmenkonzept auf dem Markt ist. Es basiert auf vier Drehpunkten und einem schwimmend gelagerten Dämpfer, der von zwei gegenläufigen Umlenkhebeln gesteuert wird. Das 215 mm PRO10-Federungssystem des aktualisierten RAGE bietet in Kombination mit dem perfekt abgestimmten Dämpfer ein sensibles Ansprechverhalten und hohe Progression. Auf der Rennstrecke bedeutet dies massiven Grip und maximale Stabilität.
Größe und Laufradkonzept
Das RAGE 3 R CF ist sowohl mit einem Mullet-Laufrad-Setup als auch in einer reinen 29"-Konfiguration erhältlich. Dank des Flip-Chips am oberen Umlenkhebel des PRO10-Systems können beide Laufradkonfigurationen am selben Rahmen verwendet werden.
