On this weeks episode I share with you my journey as I navigated the perils of prostate cancer this year. This is an extremely important message concerning men’s health and unfortunately not one that many men are willing to discuss openly. I hope that by sharing my journey with Prostate cancer that other men will go and speak to the doctor and get themselves checked.
I have included below some links to the physiotherapist that I use during treatment to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles in an attempt to prevent incontinence and to strengthen me for surgery and for my life after surgery?
