Protein n fiber rich | healthy | gluten free | very light breakfast, lunch or dinner recipe!
-1/4 cup channa dal
- 1/4 cup green moong DAL
- 1/4 cup yellow moong DAL
- 1/4 cup red masoor dal
- 1/4 cup quinoa
Wash everything n soak in plenty water for overnight. In the morning discard the water n grind it with 2 green chilies in a smooth paste.
- chop green capsicum
- chop red capsicum
- chop onion
- chop green coriander
- grate carrot
- salt to taste
Add everything in ground dals mixture add little water if it’s too thick n then cook like pan cakes
