1/15/2022 Pruning a dogwood tree
I’m pruning this dogwood tree in December after the leaves have fallen off the tree. This insures that the tree is dormant and all the energy is in the trees trunk and root system.
Wearing ansi safety glasses, and using a dewalt 12” chainsaw for the the branch pruning.
I pruned out crossing branches, V-branches, other low hanging branches that are in the way when I mow the lawn. Pruning these branches will help with air flow.
