Happy Thanks Giving every one!. Today we finally get the opportunity to move all of our calves into our self built calf barns. It has been an extremely long time coming and this project has put us to the test. The barn that majority of our calves are in is a group housing barn were we separated the calves into groups of 9. Doing this allows us to give the animals a bigger pen and the comfortability have having friends to grow with. The other barn is all individual pens but we used wire petitions to separate them. This is hopefully the most ideal calf barn set up we could build!
