Ingredients-
Step 1
1 kg pigeon peas split (toor dal)
½ kg Red lentil (masoor dal)
½ kg yellow split gram (mong dal)
4 to 5 litter water
1 tblspn turmeric powder
1 tblspn Cumin seeds
6 to 8 green chilli slit
Salt to taste
1 laddle oil
Step 2
For 1st tadka
Oil 400 ml
1 ½ tblspn Cumin seeds
8 to 10 whole Red chilli
200 grm Chopped garlic
6 to 8 green chilli roughly cut
100 grm ginger Chopped
½ kg Onion Chopped
1 tblspn asafoetida powder
½ tblspn turmeric powder
1 ½ tblspn kashmiri Red chilli powder
½ tomato Chopped
Add boild daal
Salt to taste again
Some fresh coriander
Step 3
For 2nd tadka
1½ tblspn ghee
½ tspn Cumin seeds
1 tblspn garlic Chopped
½ tspn asafoetida
½ tspn kashmiri chilli powder
Step 4
For Jeera Rice》
1 tblspn ghee
½ tblspn Cumin seeds
2 whole Red chilli 🌶
300 grm Steam Rice
Salt to taste
Some fresh coriander chopped
