[Whipped cream]
1.After soaking the tofu in cold water for more than 30 minutes, blanch in boiling water for 5 minutes so that the salinity in it will be completely removed.
2.To remove its moisture, use a cheesecloth to squeeze the blanched tofu.
3.Simmer the lactose-free milk in a pot, stirring over low heat.
Once the milk starts to simmer, remove the heat. Then, add vinegar and stir well.
Once the curd forms and there is a clear liquid around the edge, and let it drain through a cheesecloth.
4. Place the tofu and cottage cheese in a bowl, and add another 100g of lactose-free milk and honey.
Use a hand blender to blend the mix until it becomes soft and creamy.
Put the finished mock cream into the fridge.
(tip. Adjust the amount of the extra milk for a desirable thickness of your cream.)

5. After separating the whites from the yolks, add the honey to the whites. Then, use a hand blender to beat for a thick meringue.
6. Combine the coconut oil and lactose-free milk, and microwave the mix for 20 seconds.
(tip. Adjust the heating time according to your microwave power output. Heat until your coconut oil melts.)
7. Combine the mixture of yolk and coconut oil, and lactose-free milk.
Sieve the rice flour, and add to the mix and stir.
Add one third of the meringue to the mix and stir well. Then add the rest of the meringue and mix.
Add the cooked kabocha squash dices to the mix and combine.
8. Lay a parchment paper on the cake pan, and pour the batter into it.
Bake it in the oven, preheated at 170°C, for 25 minutes.
9. Allow the cake to cool before you proceed.
[Decorating]
10. Add a natural food coloring powder to the mock cream for the color you want.
(Yellow: kabocha squash powder, black: squid ink powder, pink: beetroot powder)
11. Lay the cake layer on the bottom of the cake box, and spread the mock cream on it.
12. Decorate with a puppy face and a phrase.
🐶 Assuming your cake is 12cm in diameter, if your dog is around 5kg, let it have a quarter of the dog cake per feeding. If the dog is 2~3kg, it can have a sixth per feeding.
(tip. If the snack is new to your dog, you had better try a small amount of it to check if the dog is allergic.)
(tip. Since cold dog snacks can cause diarrhea and vomiting, be sure it has thawed enough. Microwave for 5~10 seconds or let it thaw at room temperature before feeding.)
