就算没有香蕉叶也是可以做红龟糕哦,用油纸代替香蕉叶。健康又美味的紫薯红龟糕,做法简单零失败,一次做就成功。

Even if you don't have banana leaves, you can still make Angku Kueh using parchment paper. Healthy and delicious purple potato and red tortoise cake, the practice is simple and zero-failure, and it is successful once done.

➡️ Purple Sweet Potato Paste 紫薯泥馅:
300g Purple sweet potatoes 紫薯
70g Condensed milk 炼奶
30g Corn oil 玉米油
Pinch of salt 少许盐

➡️ Angku Skin 皮料:
120g Glutinous rice flour 糯米粉
15g Sugar 糖
Pinch of salt 少许盐
70g Purple sweet potato paste 紫薯泥馅
90ml Water 清水
15g Corn oil 玉米油

Wooden Angku mould 木红龟糕模
