In early November 2024 I ordered the Qidi Plus 4 and it arrived in mid December 2024. In the almost month of owning it, the experience when working has been amazing, the biggest issue is the lack of dependability on the that "when working" part. This video covers the issues I am currently struggling with and I compare the production against my 6 year old Prusa MK3S as a testing ground for the filaments being used.
If anyone has any comments or suggestions on how to assist with resolving my issue or how to get a return on the unit I would appreciate it.
If Qidi support and after sales service can help me resolve or find a way to at least find a solution that brings me some satisfaction, I will either do an updated video or review this one. Currently I have a $1000(CDN) 2024 printer that does not function reliably.
