Quest for the Wild Trout - Portage to Remote Native Trout Lake for Spring Ice-Out Fishing & Camping I shot this fishing adventure on a four-day canoe trip north of Massey, Ontario in Northern Ontario, Canada. I did the trip with @MySelfReliance @TheRealTedBaird and @nate_muskoka Check out their channels! Dogs Cali and North were along for the adventure too. We were heading into a remote lake that holds native Lake Trout and we battled strong winds and deep mud while completing several portages before getting there. What we found is a beautiful lake with many islands and rocky outcrops that we had all to ourselves...and we caught a lot of fish too.
