Quiche Lorraine, a wonderful French tart with bacon, egg and cream/milk. That is the traditional way of making it. These days many people also include grated cheese, such as Gruyere. That is what I have done for this lovely savoury dish. But, recognising the tradition I have added 'Or Not' to my title. You can decide for yourself whether you would call this Quiche Lorraine.
