+ 1lb ground beef
+ 1/2 onion (finely chopped)
+ 3 garlic cloves (minced)
SAUCE
+ 4 tomatoes
+ 1/4 onion
+ 1 serrano pepper
+ 2 chiles de árbol (optional)
+ 1 cup water
SEASONINGS
+ 2 spoons chicken bouillon
+ a sprinkle of marjoram
+ a dash of comino
+ 1 bay leaf
+ salt
+ pepper
VEGGIES
+ 1 cup frozen peas
+ 1 cup frozen cubed carrots
+ 1 large potato
