Material :
1 medium size whole egg
130 ml full cream liquid milk cold / room temperature / warm
1.5 tsp instant yeast
3 tbsp sugar
250 gr medium protein flour (blue triangle brand)
2 tbsp full cream milk powder
1/2 tsp SP (emulsifier)/TBM/Ovalet
1 tbsp butter/margarine (blue band cake cookie brand)
1 tsp salt

one recipe makes 19 donuts each " 30 gr dough

the selling price per pcs is Rp. 1500 to Rp. 2000 or according to the price of materials in each area"

In this recipe I use medium protein flour without using high protein flour. The results are very sturdy and don't go flat easily. And the texture of the donuts is also very soft.

the difference between high pro and moderate pro wheat flour is in gluten. High pro wheat flour has higher gluten and the pro has less gluten and makes the texture of the bread firm and a little dry.(but still soft)
