I fancied testing the Cosori 12L Oven with a yorkshire pudding recipe I found on the internet (link below but recipe is also pinned in the comments and is at the bottom of the description) It is so helpful to be able to see cooking progress through the glass, and fun to watch the puddings rise on timelapse. It was also good to see how they compared to budget shop bought ones, and interestingly they both ended up being the same per pud (cost breakdown at the end of the vlog) Needless to say the homemade ones were without doubt superior to the shop bought ones (the budget ones at least!)
