True duals vs H pipe, a demonstration in the difference it makes in the sound of an exhaust system. This is a 3" system that is exactly the same for both tests, except an H pipe is added in the second test. I found it did indeed produce a smoother exhaust note, and took away some of the high frequencies, and added some low notes, some bass. Theres been tests that produced results of in the area of 10 horsepower gained with an H pipe, and some added torque. But is it worth that if you lose your preferred exhaust sound?
