This is the 4. video about the construction of a BMW R-NineT Scrambler, on which I developed some production parts.
In this episode I build a prototype of the seat from automotive clay, this prototype is needed to make a master mold that will later be used to make the foam for the production seat.
I use automotive clay here because it can be shaped optimally, is reusable, and can be processed quickly. In addition, it does not make any dirt during processing.

The final vehicle will be built with my friends at https://classicbike-raisch.de, who I've worked with for a long time, but who are also good friends.
They will use the R-NineT as a demo bike, and maybe you will see it at an event in Germany or Europe.
