Catch the last half day off to finally learn the notes...gave up my hiking streak
I think this describes my mood better than going running in the hills.
It was quite a pain to sustain for 15 minutes actually, all with vibrant energy. Finally putting all these notes together.
This is the most painful movement for me out of all three movements, so I sporadically learnt the notes while tackling the 1st and 2nd movt.
Orchestra is as usual just spontaneous sightreading on the spot~
Will attempt to at least memorize all the notes in the coming week...
The most difficult part is the scherzo part. I couldn't get the vibe at first, and all those coordinations...it feels like playing video games. Today 7/1 it's must more secure already hahaha
And then those 5:33 got so much strengthened via Schubert's wanderers fantasy practice.
8:03 I remembered the first time I tried it in October it was a total mess...it took me quite some time to try to align all those unisons so i gave up. I even looked up in forums to seek inspirations what to do with it and no luck. But funnily last week I picked up again and everything came into place like magic. I think it's because I paid extra work on the fingering well.
12:51 was quite a pain. It's flying everywhere...and all those chords cramming is still hitting the same issue from the 1st movt. I just somehow can't resonate that chord progression 13:26 still. That chord just doesn't ring with my mind lol so I can't sing from my heart so it still got stuck somehow.
the last bit is actually very nice, but too tired already to shape it and become sightreading again xD I can imagine more pain trying to memorize all those similar chords again...but getting used to it after all these rach stuff...
making progress!
