Video Not Working? Fix It Now

Welcome back to the channel! In this video Sean goes over why the radiator fan won't turn off on your 2014 - 2019 Chevy Silverado or GMC Sierra. Thermostat: https://amzn.to/333Vrzl - Temperature Sensor: https://amzn.to/3q915bY (GM Thermostat Part Number: 12674639) (GM Coolant Temp Sensor Part Number: 12608814) Sean informs you that the coolant temperature sensor on your truck may have gone bad, and will need to be replaced before your radiator fan begins to operate like normal again. (GM Coolant Temp Sensor Part Number: 12608814) Linked below are two comparable sensors to pick from, and everything you will need to get this job done. (FYI, “As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.”) 1.) ACDelco, 213-4514 Professional Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor: https://amzn.to/2PAmWd7 2.) Delphi, TS10076 Coolant Temperature Sensor: https://amzn.to/3gOMKNL If this doesn't fix the problem, most likely your thermostat has also gone bad. Shortly after replacing the coolant temperature sensor on our truck, the problem came back, and we decided to replace the thermostat. Once replacing the thermostat, we have had no issues. Linked below is the three-video playlist that shows how the thermostat is replaced and how to trouble shoot any common issues: NEW VIDEO: https://youtu.be/7gKbLHhD1cw PLAYLIST: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLnPXcXYmgiuvbA7f_Zot4ScG1DJ7QJgO8 🚨 Note 🚨 - If you have replaced both the sensor and the thermostat and your truck continues to have this issue follow the steps below: 👇 1. Remove the teflon tape used on the sensor. This can sometimes cause the sensor to read improperly, so it's better to not use it. 2. Disconnect your battery for ten minutes. This will reset your trucks computer and let it read your new components correctly. Remember, this is at your own risk. These steps have helped fix multiple trucks but is not guaranteed to fix all every truck. We recommend having your truck diagnosed by a professional.
