BATATACHYA CHI BHAJI WITH RAJGIRA PURI INGREDIENTS: 1 tbsp of ghee 1 tsp of cumin seeds 4 green chillies finely chopped A sprig of curry leaves 4 medium sized boiled potatoes & chopped 1/4 tsp of chilli powder Handful of coriander powder leaves Salt to taste 1 tsp of sugar Ghee for frying 250 cups of Rajgira aata 1 cup of water 1 tsp of ghee METHOD: For Bhaji Heat 1 tbsp of ghee Splutter 1 tsp of cumin seeds 4 green chillies finely chopped A sprig of curry leaves Add 4 medium sized boiled potatoes & chopped Add 1/4 tsp of chilli powder Add handful of coriander powder leaves Add salt to taste Sauté the potatoes Add 1 tsp of sugar to this Gently mix it Heat ghee for frying on one side Take 250 cups of Rajgira aata Add some salt Add 1 cup of water to it Mix it well Knead a dough that is not too soft & not too hard Add another 1/2 cup of water to it if needed Add 1 tsp of ghee and knead it again for 2-3 minutes Cover the dough & let it rest for 5-10 minutes Make a lemon sized ball of the dough, apply a drop of ghee on both the sides Dust the dough balls in rajgira aata and roll the puris evenly (shouldnt be too thick, shouldn’t be too thin) Fry it in hot ghee Serve Follow for more on Instagram - https://insta.openinapp.co/rmp0h Facebook- https://fb.openinapp.co/8db03 Produced by- Shashank Alshi, Shivani Jaiswal & Team #navratrispecial #batata #batatabhaji #rajgirarecipe #vratrecipes #vrat #upvasrecipe #navratri #navratri2024 #batatarecipe
