#ramennoodles #ramennoodlesalad #saladrecipe #chickensalad #leftoverchicken Ramen Noodle Salad 2 packages of ramen noodles – chicken flavor 1 package coleslaw mix (16 oz) or 6 cups shredded cabbage + 1 grated carrot ½ cup sunflower seeds ½ cup slivered almonds 3 green onions chopped Dressing ½ cup olive oil 1 TBSP white sugar ½ tsp black pepper 3 TBSPS white vinegar 2 packages of soup base that came with the ramen noodles Break the ramen noodles in the bag and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet along with the slivered almonds and the sunflower seeds. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until just lightly toasted. Set aside to cool. Mix the dressing together either in a large bowl or put all the ingredients in a mason jar and shake well. Chop the onion and add it to the coleslaw mix. If you are using chicken you could chop it at the same time.
