Ingredients for dahi bade:-
Gram flour besan one and half cup
Ginger garlic paste one teaspoon
Green chilli paste one teaspoon
Turmeric half teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Dhaniya jeera powder one teaspoon
Salt as required
Baking soda to pinch
Water 2 cups plus two tablespoon or as required

Ingredients for Dahi :-
Ginger garlic paste one teaspoon
Green chilli paste to an half tablespoon
Salt as require
Fresh coriander and mint leaves chopped

For tempering dahi bade:-
Oil 4 tblspn spoon
Cumin one teaspoon
Dry Red Chillies 2 to 3
garlic cloves 2 to 3
Turmeric 2 pinch
