INGREDIENTS ADDED:
STEP1:
*1/4 cup (moong dal,mash dal,masoor dal and rice)
soak it for 2-3 hours
STEP2:
*1/2 cup oil.
*1 onion
*250 gm (boneless chicken)
*1 tbspn ginger-garlic paste.
*3 bay leaf,1/2 cinnamon,4-5 cardamom.
*1/2 tspn turmeric.
*1 tspn salt,red chili powder,cumin powder,
black pepper powder,garam masala.
*1/3 cup curd.
*4 green chillies,few mint and coriander.
*2 glass water.
STEP3:
*2 cup plain oats.
*soak dal mixture.
*2-3 green chillies,mint n coriander.
*few kabab chini and black pepper seeds.
*1 tspn salt.
*2 n 1/2 glass water.
STEP4:
*1/4 cup oil.
*1/2 tspn shahi zeera.
*5-6 black pepper seeds and kabab chini.
*1/4 cup fried onion
*1 tspn salt.
*add cook chicken stock.
*add shred chicken.
*grind mixture.
*1/2 cup water.
*1/2 tspn garam masala powder.
*1/2 tspn black pepper powder.
*1/4 cup ghee.
*1 lemon juice.
FOR GARNISHING:
*Add removed broth from chicken
*Coriander.
*Fried onion
*Ghee roast cashew.
