Re-discovering a medieval manor! From 2006-2015, a series of community archaeology excavations revealed the remains of this fantastic site, in Shorne Woods Country Park, near Gravesend. This online talk by Andrew Mayfield focusses on the history of the site, the big dig over ten seasons and the work to further research and report on the former home of a Sheriff of Kent.
