Yo what's up guys. In this video I'll be going over each villain and how smart they are compared to one another. I realized halfway through editing this that this was more of a ranking list rather than an explanation of how smart they are so I changed the title so hopefully it's okay. I know it's kind of hard to rank some of these villain's intelligence because a lot of them don't have a lot of in game lore compared to others so I just kinda guessed.
