When Dave saw BD-1 while playing the latest Star Wars game on his Xbox, he knew he had to build a BD-1 companion bot for himself. Some things definitely had to be achieved for this build, like the display in the back of the head or the sim / med pack shooter of the buddy robot. Adding the projector complicated the build, as now the power consumption got even bigger than the Raspberry PI would already takes.
